Refund Policy

This policy applies to all services and products provided by Autovance Business Automation Limited (“Autovance”), a company registered in Cyprus (Reg. No. HE 476093), Floor 4, Esperidon 5, 2001 Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus.

1. Nature of our services

Autovance provides AI development, CRM customisation, and related digital services. All deliverables are provided electronically — there is no physical shipment of goods. As such, traditional shipping terms do not apply.

Delivery of work is carried out via agreed digital channels (e.g. email, project management platforms, direct system deployment) according to the timelines set out in your individual service agreement or project brief.

2. Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery timelines for each engagement are confirmed in writing at the start of your project. Actual timelines may vary depending on:

  • Scope changes or additions requested by the client.
  • Availability and responsiveness of the client for required approvals or input.
  • Third-party platform constraints (e.g. CRM vendor processing times).

We will notify you promptly of any significant delays and work collaboratively to adjust timelines where necessary.

3. Refund policy — our work

If you are not satisfied with the work we have delivered, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a refund on our development work:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the date the deliverable was provided to you.
  • You must contact us at success@autovanceautomation.com with a description of the issue or reason for dissatisfaction.
  • We reserve the right to attempt to remedy any issues before processing a refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

4. Refund policy — third-party licences

Licences are non-refundable
Autovance cannot provide refunds for any third-party software licences, platform subscriptions, or vendor products purchased on your behalf as part of your project.

Many projects require the purchase of third-party licences (e.g. CRM platforms, AI API credits, automation tools). We purchase these directly from our vendors to deliver your project, and our vendors do not refund us for these purchases. As a result:

  • Any licence costs included in your invoice are strictly non-refundable.
  • The cost of licences will be clearly itemised in your invoice prior to purchase so you can review and approve them.
  • If you choose not to proceed after licences have been purchased on your behalf, those licence costs remain payable in full.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel an ongoing service engagement by providing written notice to success@autovanceautomation.com. Upon cancellation:

  • Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced at the agreed rate.
  • Prepaid amounts for work not yet started (excluding licences) may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
  • Licence costs already incurred remain non-refundable as described in Section 4.

6. Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge or wish to dispute a refund decision, please contact us first at success@autovanceautomation.com. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of Cyprus and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
